1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?

Labubu Box ships to several countries, including Canada, Australia, Europe, the United States, and New Zealand. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

2. Which carriers are used for shipping?

Orders are shipped via DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and product availability.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24 to 48 business hours (1-2 business days). After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package.

Please note: The estimated delivery times do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance. Orders shipped to the United States are not subject to import taxes. However, for other countries, any applicable import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4.Where do you ship from?

Labubu Box has partnered with several warehouses worldwide to ensure fast and efficient shipping. While we ship from multiple locations, the majority of orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. We will always ship your order from the warehouse closest to your country where the item is available, providing a faster delivery experience.

5. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
